REMINDER: RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION FOR UMPSA POSTGRADUATE STUDENT (SEMESTER II 2023/2024)

Dear Students,

We would like to inform you that the renewal registration period for Semester II of the academic year 2023/2024 is scheduled from 04 March 2024 to 15 March 2024. During this time, we kindly request you to promptly complete the fee payment and course registration procedures via our e-community platform to prevent any unforeseen issues. The commencement of lectures for this semester is set for March 4, 2024.

To complete your renewal registration, please log in to the Student E-community and navigate to the "Course Registration" section.

Important Dates:

* Final thesis submission thesis for viva deadline for Semester II of 2023/2024:

Students who have submitted their thesis for oral examination to IPS are also required to renew their registration until graduation.

For renewal registration (Students who have submitted their thesis for oral examination to IPS) please use the following codes:

During this renewal registration session, any requests for Change of Status (Full time/Part time/Vice versa), Postponement of Semester, or Withdrawal of Study must be submitted.

Please note that registration can only proceed after payment has been made. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of RM50 (one-time charge).

In case of any delays in registration, a show cause letter will be issued by the faculty during the second week (by March 15, 2024). You will have a two-week period (weeks 3-4) to respond to this letter. Failure to respond within this timeframe may lead to the termination of your study.
